## 1. Core Mandates for the Skill
- **Evidence-Based Reasoning**: Agents must never claim database performance optimizations without citing specific PostgreSQL logs or query execution plans.
- **Correlation ≠ Causation**: High read operation volume (`read_file`) often signals an error-recovery loop rather than poor query logic. Investigate the context of usage before refactoring.
- **Deterministic Tooling**: Always use bundled scripts for repetitive tasks like schema linting to ensure consistent outputs across non-deterministic agent sessions.
- **Just-in-Time Documentation**: Always query Context7 for current library versions and API signatures before implementing Data Connect hooks or GraphQL resolvers.
