# Initial Setup and Onboarding

The `initial-setup` skill gives you a guided tour of EvoNexus when you first start using it.

## How to Trigger

Say any of these:

```
get started
what can you do
show me around
help me get started
onboarding
```

## What It Shows You

### 1. Agent Tour

A quick overview of all 17 agents and what they do:

- **Clawdia** — your operational hub (calendar, emails, tasks)
- **Flux** — financial intelligence (Stripe, Omie, reports)
- **Atlas** — project management (GitHub, Linear, milestones)
- **Pulse** — community monitoring (Discord, WhatsApp)
- **Pixel** — social media (content creation, analytics)
- **Sage** — strategic planning (OKRs, roadmap, competitive)
- **Kai** — personal wellness (health, habits)
- **Nex** — sales pipeline (proposals, qualification)
- **Mentor** — education (Evo Academy, courses)
- **Lumen** — learning retention (spaced repetition, quizzes, fact capture)
- **Oracle** — workspace knowledge (docs, how-to, config)
- **Mako** — marketing (campaigns, SEO, brand, content)
- **Aria** — HR / people (recruiting, onboarding, performance)
- **Zara** — customer success (triage, escalation, health)
- **Lex** — legal / compliance (contracts, NDA, risk)
- **Nova** — product (specs, roadmaps, metrics, research)
- **Dex** — data / BI (analysis, SQL, dashboards)

### 2. Dashboard Introduction

How to access and use the web dashboard:

- Overview page with key metrics
- Agent status and recent activity
- Routine execution logs
- Report viewer for generated HTML reports
- Documentation browser

### 3. Integration Status

Which integrations are connected and ready:

- Google (Calendar, Gmail)
- GitHub, Linear
- Stripe, Omie
- Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram
- YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn

### 4. Quick Wins

Three things you can do right now to see value:

1. **Say "good morning"** — get a full daily briefing
2. **Say "community pulse"** — see what your community is discussing
3. **Say "financial pulse"** — get a snapshot of your revenue and expenses

## After Setup

Once you've completed the tour, you're ready to:

- Set up your daily routines (`create a routine`)
- Configure the scheduler (`make scheduler`)
- Start using agents for daily work
- Explore the 130+ available skills

## Re-running Setup

You can trigger the setup tour again anytime — just say "show me around" or "onboarding".

Hyperplan

Adversarial multi-agent planning skill. Self-orchestrates 5 hostile category members (unspecified-low, unspecified-high, deep, ultrabrain, artistry) via team-mode for ruthless cross-critique debate, distills only the defensible insights, then MANDATORILY hands the distilled insight bundle to the `plan` agent for executable plan formalization. Use when planning needs maximum rigor and surfacing of weak assumptions, blind spots, and over-engineering. Triggers: 'hyperplan', 'hpp', '/hyperplan', ...

catchup

Recovers the conversation and failed tool calls of a previous Codex, Amp, Claude Code, Antigravity, Cline, Copilot CLI, Cursor, DeepSeek Harness, Grok Build, Kimi, OpenCode, Pi Agent, or ZCode session. Use when the user says "catch up", "what did the last session do", "get me up to speed", "I switched agents", asks to recover/summarize a previous session before continuing, or asks to diagnose or report a catchup failure. Do NOT use for the current conversation, git history, or any non-agent log.
