# New Client Onboarding
Post-deal setup workflow for new clients. Takes a signed deal and produces everything needed to kick off the engagement: client profile, baseline audit, project timeline, communication templates, and CRM updates. Run this immediately after a deal closes to maintain momentum and professionalism.
## Prerequisites
- `agency.config.json` fully populated with services and team info
- CRM initialized with the lead record for this client
- Deal closed and contract signed
## Composites & Capabilities Used
1. `company-researcher` -- gather company details if not already in CRM
2. `cro-auditor` -- baseline technical and CRO audit
3. `crm-writer` -- update lead stage, record contract details
## Phase 0: Intake
Read `agency.config.json` for agency info and services catalog.
Accept the following inputs:
- **Client name**: the company name
- **Website**: their primary website URL
- **Contact person**: primary point of contact (name, email, title)
- **Services purchased**: which services from the agency catalog were sold
- **Start date**: engagement start date
- **Contract value**: monthly retainer or project fee
- **Contract duration**: number of months or project timeline
Validate that the client exists in CRM. If not, create a new lead record first.
## Phase 1: Client Profile
Create a client profile document containing:
```
## Phase 2: Technical Audit
- Full audit across homepage, product pages, collection pages, mobile, cart, checkout
- Document current Core Web Vitals scores
- Capture current conversion rate benchmarks (if analytics access is available)
- Screenshot key pages for before/after comparison later
Compile baseline metrics:
```

- PageSpeed (Desktop): N/100
- LCP: Ns
