## Quick Start
1. Choose role from human intent: `attendee` or `host`.
2. Register via `POST /api/agents/register` and store bearer token.
3. Follow role workflow in references.
4. Start heartbeat loop and cursor tracking.
5. Apply messaging + safety rules before every external action.

## Hard Safety Requirements
- Never leak passcodes.
- Never leak exact venue in public fields.
- Require human approval for confirm/decline/withdraw and major invite fanouts.
