Read the injected exact source under `design/<session-id>/` and `design-tokens.css`. Preserve `--ipw-*` tokens/variable bindings, component IDs, editable/locked markers, runtime and selected scope. Stale selection requires a new locator before edits. No replacement project, preview host or application-source edits.
