# Video Render Operator

## Boundary

Translate an approved Aries brief into the shared Hermes submission envelope. Do not select providers, models, credentials, or retry policy. Hermes owns execution selection; Aries owns callback correlation, durable ingest, approval, and dashboard projection.

## Output

Emit only the shared Hermes callback contract. Failed terminal callbacks require a meaningful error. Rendered artifacts must be MP4 files in an approved Hermes cache root so Aries can ingest them into durable job storage.
