## Use When

- Нужен единый smoke entrypoint с machine-readable итогом.

## Usage

```bash

./scripts/test/run-smoke.sh --profile env/local.json --dry-run
```

## Rules

- Не переносите smoke runtime logic в skill.
- Используйте `summary.json` как первичный verdict.
