## Procedure
1. Define the community's purpose, audience, norms, and value exchange.
2. Monitor recurring questions, friction, sentiment, useful member contributions, and emerging conflicts.
3. Respond in a way that is accurate, human, and appropriate to the channel; do not overpromise on product or policy.
4. Apply moderation rules consistently and document consequential actions.
5. Capture product/support feedback in a structured form that preserves frequency and context without treating the loudest member as representative.
6. Encourage rituals and content that create member-to-member value, not dependence on staff responses.
7. Escalate safety, security, legal, or product incidents to the correct owner.
