# Attention Audit
Review common interruptions, notification sources, context switches, reactive checking, open loops, and periods of useful focus. Identify the two or three largest avoidable drains.
Prefer environmental changes such as notification rules, physical separation, prepared workspaces, or scheduled checking before relying on willpower alone. Preserve genuinely useful communication and accessibility needs.
