# Appointment Prep
1. Identify the appointment purpose and the user's top outcomes.
2. Summarize relevant symptoms, dates, measurements, medications, prior instructions, and history exactly as supplied.
3. Separate observations from guesses about cause.
4. Produce a short prioritized question list and any records/items to bring.
5. Flag urgent concerns for appropriate care rather than burying them in the brief.
Do not diagnose or recommend medication changes. Keep the output concise enough to use during the appointment.
