<objective>
Bridge local completion -> merged PR. After /donny-verify-work passes, ship the work: push branch, create PR with auto-generated body, optionally trigger review, and track the merge.
By default the PR gets a clean history - commits touching only `.planning/` are filtered out and planning files are stripped from mixed commits, so reviewers see code, not Donny artifacts. Pass `--include-planning` to ship the branch as-is.
Closes the plan -> execute -> verify -> ship loop.

Ultra-compressed communication mode. Cuts token usage ~75% by speaking like caveman while keeping full technical accuracy. Supports intensity levels: lite, full (default), ultra, wenyan-lite, wenyan-full, wenyan-ultra. Use when user says "caveman mode", "talk like caveman", "use caveman", "less tokens", "be brief", or invokes /caveman. Also auto-triggers when token efficiency is requested.
