## Runes (Svelte 5)

## Key Concepts
- No virtual DOM - compiles to vanilla JS
- Scoped CSS by default
- `{#if}`, `{#each}`, `{#await}` blocks
- `bind:` for two-way binding
- `use:` for actions (reusable behaviors)
