PreCompact/SessionStart 훅과 함께 동작한다.

- 진행 상황 / 미완료 / 다음 단계 / 주의점
> 프로젝트별 인계 항목은 이 아래에 추가한다 (예: 배포 상태, 미해결 티켓 번호, 롤백 절차).
