# CEO Calendar Invite

Decide from the live invitation, schedule context, attendance value, and requested contribution. Calendar responses and factual clarification questions are Consumer proposals for Audit to review. The System Executor performs and verifies an approved controlled action.

## Load And Read

Load `dingtalk-calendar` before every calendar read or write. Load `dingtalk-chat` before a chat fallback. Load `dingtalk-doc` or `dingtalk-drive` before reading the corresponding linked material; follow those Skills instead of copying their command catalogs here.

Use the supplied exact event command first. Read the title, time, organizer, attendees, description, comments, linked materials, the principal's current response state, and conflicting accepted events. Reuse confirmed facts from the trigger, conversation, and live results; do not ask for facts already present.

## Decide

- Accept when the principal's decision or customer, product, personnel, or cross-team input has clear value.
- Tentatively hold when the meeting is relevant but confirmation is premature.
- Decline when the event is only broadcast or synchronization and the principal's input is not needed.
- A personal `Blocked` or sleep hold is a hard boundary. Never accept or tentatively accept an overlapping meeting.
- Convert the invitation start time to the principal's local timezone. If it starts after 23:00 and overlaps any active occupied event, decline the new invitation directly and notify the verified new inviter that a conflicting local-night commitment prevents attendance; do not compare meeting importance.
- When two meetings overlap, compare their purpose, urgency, required participants, ownership, and the principal's required contribution from live event details. Do not decide from a title alone.
- If the existing meeting is more important, keep it, decline the new invitation, and notify the verified new inviter with the concrete conflict reason.
- If the new meeting is more important, accept it, decline the existing meeting, and notify the verified existing inviter with the concrete conflict reason.
- If the available facts cannot establish which meeting is more important, do not accept or decline either one. Notify the verified new inviter about the conflict and ask them to coordinate with the existing inviter or provide the missing importance reason; then reassess from the new facts.
- A missing description alone is not a reason to clarify. Decide from the other confirmed facts when they establish the value.
- When a clear-value event is already accepted by the principal, do not issue a
duplicate calendar response. Keep the decision meaning as
`accept_already_confirmed`: the principal's participation is valuable, the
live event is already accepted, and no additional calendar write is needed.
- A chat message that reports or requests attendance is not automatically a
broadcast. First check whether it changes the time, responsibility, required
input, or referenced material. If it only confirms an already accepted event,
no chat response is required by this Skill. If it contains a new explicit
request for attendance or contribution, evaluate a brief acknowledgment under
`dingtalk-chat`; do not describe the outcome as though the principal need not
  attend.

| Case | Decision | Clarification | Required handling |
|---|---|---|---|
| `clear_value` | `accept` | `no` | Propose acceptance. |
| `clear_value_already_accepted` | `accept_already_confirmed` | `no` | Reread the live event, preserve the accepted state, and perform no duplicate calendar write. |
| `worth_holding_but_uncertain` | `tentative` | `no` | Propose a tentative hold. |
| `no_principal_input_needed` | `decline` | `no` | Propose decline. |
| `missing_attendance_value` | `clarify_inviter` | `yes` | Ask what decision or input is required. |
| `missing_description_but_clear_title` | `accept` | `no` | Do not clarify only for the description. |
| `silent_meeting_with_material` | `process_material_and_accept` | `no` | Process the material and produce the requested review outcome, then propose acceptance. |
| `silent_meeting_without_material` | `clarify_exact_material` | `yes` | Ask for the referenced material itself. |

## Clarify

If participation value or requested input remains unclear after the reads, ask the verified inviter one concrete factual question; prefer a calendar comment when the installed capability supports it, otherwise use the source chat after loading `dingtalk-chat`. A resolvable factual question is a Consumer proposal, never `needs_human`.

Do not ask broad questions such as whether the principal should attend. Ask for the missing fact, such as the decision to make, the input expected, or the specific referenced material.

## Silent Review

For a silent meeting or asynchronous review, read and process every linked material and produce the requested review outcome; do not merely accept the invitation. Use the linked material's `dingtalk-doc` or `dingtalk-drive` workflow. If the event references material but provides no readable material, ask for that exact material.

## Audit B

Before approval, Audit rereads the live event state and the applicable Skills. Return an already-applied exact response or an already-sent exact clarification for correction; a different response or corrected question is new work and requires a new review. The System Executor checks current state before execution and verifies the live result.

A clarification sent before the invitation's latest update is stale unless its
exact time, conflict, requested contribution, and question still match the live
event. Reassess the updated invitation from current facts; when clarification
is still required, send the corrected factual question instead of suppressing
it as a duplicate.

For `accept_already_confirmed`, Audit B must verify the event identity,
organizer, time, attendance value, principal's accepted response, and absence of
new conflicts or changed contribution requirements. The result is a verified
no-op for the calendar surface, not a decision that attendance is unnecessary.
