# 投稿前 preflight（jwe-submission）
## 触发时机
- 正文、识别、渠道、文风都定了，准备投稿
- 需要一份"投出去前最后核对"的清单
## 关键事实（详见 resources/journal-profile.md）
- 投稿系统：**www.jweonline.cn**（编辑部唯一官方投稿网址；编辑部邮箱 jwe@cass.org.cn，电话 (010)85195790）
- 注释体例：**脚注（页下注）**置当页下；**参考文献置文末**，文中与文末一一对应，中文在前外文在后（按拼音/字母排序）
- 来稿字数（含注释）一般 **1.2 万—2.5 万字**；内容提要一般 **400—500 字**（含问题与背景、核心发现、方法、意义）；关键词一般 **5—6 个**；配中英文标题。（IWEP《致作者（新）》最新口径；旧镜像曾作 300 字/3–5 关键词——**投前以官网最新《投稿须知》为准**）
- 投稿封面注明中英文标题、作者、单位、通讯方式；**正文不得出现作者姓名/联系方式/项目/致谢**（双向匿名外审）
- 初审通过须提供电子版及原始数据与处理过程（本刊 2023 年第 10 期起推行数据/代码公开）
- 主办：中国世界经济学会 + 中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所（IWEP）；中国社会科学院主管；1978 年创刊，月刊；**不收版面费/审稿费、付稿酬，双向匿名审稿（周期约 1–3 个月）**（坊间多源，宜投前确认）
- **JEL / 中图分类号**：官网未核实到明文要求——**待核实**（投前对照最新《投稿须知》，勿凭记忆补写）
