# One-on-One

Prepare and structure a 1:1 meeting for "$ARGUMENTS". Create an agenda, prepare talking points, and capture action items.

## Prerequisites

None — utility skill, run anytime.

## Process

1. **Read context:**
   - Read `plugins/leadership/shared/one-on-one-template.md` for meeting structure
   - If `.metapowers/leadership/` artifacts exist, read them for team member context
   - Ask: Who is the 1:1 with? What's their role and current focus?

2. **Prepare the agenda:**
   - Check-in: conversation starters based on context
   - Their topics: space for what's on their mind
   - Progress: relevant OKRs or project updates to discuss
   - Growth: development goals to check in on
   - Feedback: anything to deliver (using SBI model)

3. **Write the artifact** to `.metapowers/leadership/$ARGUMENTS/one-on-one.md`

## Output

The 1:1 prep written to `.metapowers/leadership/$ARGUMENTS/one-on-one.md`. Present the agenda to the user.
