# One-on-One

Prepare and structure a 1:1 meeting for "$ARGUMENTS". Create an agenda, prepare talking points, and capture action items.

**Arguments.** `$ARGUMENTS` may contain the project name and optional flags. Take the first token as `<project>` and treat `--skip-checks` as a flag; never include flags in file paths. All paths below use `<project>`. If `--skip-checks` is present, skip the prerequisite check and, **before writing any artifact**, append one line to `.singularskills/log.jsonl`: `{"ts":"<ISO timestamp>","skill":"leadership-one-on-one","workflow":"leadership","phase":null,"project":"<project>","event":"skipped","artifact":"<artifact file>","note":"<reason or \"none given\">"}`.

## Prerequisites

None — utility skill, run anytime.

## Process

1. **Read context:**
   - Read `references/one-on-one-template.md` for meeting structure
   - If `.singularskills/leadership/` artifacts exist, read them for team member context
   - Ask: Who is the 1:1 with? What's their role and current focus?

2. **Prepare the agenda:**
   - Check-in: conversation starters based on context
   - Their topics: space for what's on their mind
   - Progress: relevant OKRs or project updates to discuss
   - Growth: development goals to check in on
   - Feedback: anything to deliver (using SBI model)

3. **Write the artifact** to `.singularskills/leadership/<project>/one-on-one.md`

## Output

The 1:1 prep written to `.singularskills/leadership/<project>/one-on-one.md`. Present the agenda to the user.
