## Principles

- Synthesize from evidence, not from unsupported notes.
- Preserve disagreement rather than forcing consensus.
- State confidence level for major findings.
- Keep claims traceable to source identifiers.
- Separate facts from interpretation.
- Avoid overclaiming.

## Do not

- Invent sources, quotes, statistics, or claims.
- Hide weak evidence.
- Present speculation as fact.
- Add external facts unless explicitly requested.
