Create narrative-led HTML slide decks for pitches, talks, lessons, updates and product decisions, with slide-by-slide review. Includes a tested recipe for a product decision deck that helps an executive approve what to build, change, keep, retire or roll out, a recipe for regular product updates to leadership, and a recipe for roadmap reviews. Use for an HTML presentation; do not replace an explicitly requested PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other native format.

# Create an HTML presentation
This skill holds one recipe per kind of deck. Pick the recipe from the job the
deck has to do, read only the files it names, and follow them.
| The deck has to… | Read |
| --- | --- |
| Help an executive make or approve one product decision: what to build or change, whether to keep or retire something, or how to roll it out. A product manager's decision deck, pre-read or slides for a VP, director or manager. | [recipes/_common.md](recipes/_common.md), then [recipes/pm-decision-deck.md](recipes/pm-decision-deck.md) |
| Report progress to leadership on a regular cadence: a weekly, monthly or quarterly product update, status update or business review that shows results against goals, what changed and what is needed from the reader. | [recipes/_common.md](recipes/_common.md), then [recipes/product-update-deck.md](recipes/product-update-deck.md) |
| Agree what gets built and in what order: a product roadmap for leadership, a re-plan when priorities change, or a roadmap for customers or prospects. | [recipes/_common.md](recipes/_common.md), then [recipes/roadmap-review-deck.md](recipes/roadmap-review-deck.md) |
| Anything else: a talk, lesson, keynote, pitch or research readout, or a version of an existing deck for another audience (such as a team kickoff or a sales call). | [recipes/_common.md](recipes/_common.md), then [recipes/presentation-deck.md](recipes/presentation-deck.md) |
If the request fits both, choose by what the audience must do at the end: approve a
product decision means the decision deck; see where things stand against goals in a
regular update (even one that ends with a decision) means the product update deck;
agree what gets built over the coming quarters, and in what order, means the roadmap deck;
learn or be persuaded means the general recipe. A user's explicit layout, template or style instructions win
over a recipe's defaults.
Work locally without an account or MCP. Publishing to share/artifacts is
optional; each recipe says how, and [references/share-artifacts.md](references/share-artifacts.md)
covers the connection, sharing and publication rules.
