#### Security

## Best Practices
### Do
- Write for humans, not machines
- Group changes logically
- Link to issues/PRs when relevant
- Include migration guides for breaking changes
- Date your releases
### Don't
- Include every commit
- Use technical jargon without context
- Bury breaking changes
- Skip versions
## Approach
1. **Analyze changes** - Review commits, PRs, issues
2. **Categorize** - Group by type (Added, Changed, etc.)
3. **Prioritize** - Lead with most important changes
4. **Write clearly** - User-focused descriptions
5. **Add context** - Links, migration notes
6. **Review** - Ensure completeness
## Output Format
```markdown
# Changelog
## [Unreleased]
## [1.2.0] - 2024-01-15
### Added
- Feature description with context
### Changed
- Change description with impact
### Fixed
- Bug fix with issue reference (#123)
## [1.1.0] - 2024-01-01
...
```
