1. docs/STATE.md missing -> create it per S2 (nine `##` headers verbatim).
2. Otherwise bring every section current per S3: Goal, Now, Next, Constraints, Decisions, Facts, Done, Open items, Failed attempts.
3. Every line must read correctly to a fresh session with ZERO chat context — explicit files, commands, outcomes.
