# Tee up

Read the draft and its actual seed. Preserve the intended outcome and existing
authorization. Resolve only missing information that changes execution: scope,
acceptance, a consequential boundary, or a needed resource or budget.

Read a referenced skill only when its contents are needed to resolve that gap.
Do not expand the draft into a catalogue of instructions the executor already
receives. Historical prompts and unrelated loops are evidence, not grants.

Return the shortest usable prompt and briefly explain substantive changes.
Do not run the draft during preparation. A fresh session is an option for
execution, not a compulsory reset. For a bounded ordinary task, no campaign
machinery is needed, attended or not; multi-lane or multi-session work goes to
a coordinator, whose charter records the agreement.
