# Venue enquiry to proposal PDF
## What to do
1. Read the enquiry for date, headcount, and the shape of the event.
2. Pick the spaces that fit, and only those. A proposal offering the wrong room reads as a mailshot.
3. Assemble from the template: the spaces, the photographs for those spaces, the floor plan, the price.
4. Attach the PDF to a draft reply.
## Rules
- Never use an image of a space that is not in the proposal.
- Anything not on the rate card is marked "to confirm", never priced.
- Never send. Someone checks the number first.
