# Brief me before a renewal

## What to do

1. Find accounts with a renewal date thirty days out.
2. For each: what they bought, what changed during the term, every support issue and how it ended, every request that went unanswered.
3. Put the unanswered requests at the top. That is what they will open with.

## Rules

- An account with no contact and no tickets is not healthy, it is quiet. Say so.
- One page. If it runs longer, cut the history, not the open items.
