# Book a follow-up from a reply

## What to do

1. Read the reply for availability. "Next week", "after Tuesday", "mornings" are all usable.
2. Find a slot that works for everyone already on the thread. Respect working hours in their timezone, not yours.
3. Send the invite in the existing thread, with the agenda line from the thread as the title.

## Rules

- One proposed slot, not three. Three slots is a form to fill in.
- If the reply gives no usable window, reply asking for one. Do not invent Tuesday at 10.
- Never move an existing meeting to make room.
