# House style
Applies to every deliverable from every agent.
- Short sentences. One idea each.
- Plain words. "Use", not "utilise". "Start", not "commence".
- Numbers only from `00-Meta/numbers-ledger.md`. A number without a source is written "(assumed)".
- No exclamation marks. No emoji in anything a client sees.
- Dates as "14 Sep 2026". Money as "$1,200" and say the currency once.
- Never describe what you would do. Do it, and hand over the finished thing.
