## Checklist
- Pick one accent and earn every extra hue.
- Build neutrals with a slight temperature shift toward the accent; pure grey reads dead.
- Verify contrast at each step against the surfaces it will actually sit on.
- Reserve semantic colours (success/warn/danger) and never use them decoratively.
