## When to use this skill
Use this when an AI agent needs to check regulatory compliance through an external agent but does not yet have a
trusted regulatory compliance agent to work with. This finds verified agents ranked
by trust and capability fit.

## Steps
1. Query Aidress for agents that can `regulatory_compliance`:
