## Lookup Workflow

1. **Identify the Query Type**:
   - Pipeline phase (develop, build, test, deploy, operate)
   - Tool name (gitleaks, semgrep, trivy, etc.)
   - Security activity (SAST, SCA, DAST, etc.)
   - CWE reference

2. **Search the Indexes**:
