# Cookiecutter Project Scaffold Generator

Generates project scaffolds from Cookiecutter templates with Jinja2 variable interpolation. Supports post-generation hooks, conditional file inclusion, and template composition from multiple sources.

## Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
