# CircleCI Workflow Cost Auditor

Audits CircleCI workflow spend using the CircleCI Insights API and machine-type pricing tables. Identifies jobs running on oversized resource classes and recommends downgrades using historical CPU/memory utilization from the pipeline telemetry endpoint. ## Installation
