Create `docs/adr/NNNN-<slug>.md` (next number; title from `$ARGUMENTS`) with: **Status** (proposed/accepted/superseded), **Date**, **Context** (the forces, with numbers), **Options** (2–4, each with pros/cons and cost), **Decision**, **Consequences** (positive, negative, follow-ups), **References**. Under 400 words. If an earlier ADR is superseded, update its status and link both ways.
