## Capability Index Formulas
### Short-Term (Potential) Capability
```
Cp = (USL - LSL) / (6 * sigma_within)
Cpk = min[(USL - mean) / (3 * sigma_within), (mean - LSL) / (3 * sigma_within)]

### Long-Term (Actual) Performance
