2. Verify all text visible in the image is accurately represented
3. Validate formatting choices reflect the visual structure of the original
4. Check that special characters, numbers, and punctuation match exactly
5. Test markdown rendering and syntax correctness
6. Flag any uncertainties requiring human review with specific context
