Advanced surface, separate from Foreman's core roadmap job — a standalone prompt builder for work that has no roadmap entry behind it. Guides you through assembling a self-contained spawned-session prompt following Foreman's template — asks which optional sections to include, gathers required info via AskUserQuestion, assembles the XML, then runs it here as one or several tracked tasks, hands it to a background Agent, or copies it to the clipboard.

The one entrance to Foreman — say what you want in plain language and this routes it. Covers the six things Foreman does to a project: add work, show status, correct work, check the roadmap, pick work, or reconcile and pick. It owns no flow of its own; each intent is handed to the skill that already implements it, so there is nothing here to learn beyond describing what you want.

Bootstraps a project's ROADMAP.jsonl and .foreman/config.json. Asks three things — what the project is, its near-term goals, and whether the drafted roadmap looks right — then writes and commits both files, leaving every optional behavior at its built-in default. The ledger and checkpoint policy are never asked here; each is asked the first time it could actually matter.

Ground-truths the roadmap's near-term candidates against the actual codebase — an Explore agent checks whether each candidate's planned_touches/depends_on still match reality, then proposes a concrete repair for every finding (hidden dependency, already-done, stale description or planned files), applies only the ones you approve, and persists...

Audits a project's manifest for dependencies no source file imports — the reverse of razor's write-time gates (which block NEW dependencies), this finds EXISTING dead weight. Report-only; never edits any file.
