Specification-driven workflow. All hooks are advisory injections — never blocking. Activates only when the user explicitly invokes `/specode:spec`, `/specode:continue`, `/specode:status`, `/specode:end`, `/specode:task-swarm`, or explicitly asks to use spec mode. Every active-spec turn must respect the phase order, selector format, code-doc sync reminders, and the status footer.
