Apply the SCAMPER brainstorming technique to: **$ARGUMENTS**

Load `references/methodology-catalog.md` for the detailed SCAMPER process.

Work through each SCAMPER lens systematically, one at a time:

1. **Substitute** — What elements could be replaced? What alternative materials, people, processes, or approaches could be used?
2. **Combine** — What could be merged? What ideas, features, purposes, or steps could be brought together?
3. **Adapt** — What could be tweaked or borrowed from elsewhere? How could this be adjusted for a different context?
4. **Modify/Magnify** — What could change in size, shape, scope, or intensity? What if it were 10x bigger? 10x smaller?
5. **Put to other use** — Who else could use this? In what unexpected contexts could this be applied?
6. **Eliminate** — What can be removed without losing core value? What is unnecessary complexity?
7. **Reverse/Rearrange** — What if the order were flipped? What if the opposite were done? What if elements were rearranged?

For each lens:
- Ask the user a targeted question
- Capture their ideas
- Build on their thinking with additional suggestions
- Move to the next lens

After all 7 lenses, summarize the most promising modifications and help the user select which to pursue.

Follow the anti-anchoring protocol from `references/facilitation-principles.md`: ask for the user's ideas on each lens BEFORE offering alternatives.
