## Component Taxonomy

### Skills
**Structure**: `{name}/SKILL.md` (≤200) + `REFERENCE.md` (≤300)

**Required**: `name`, `description` with trigger keywords

### Commands
**Structure**: Single `.md` with description frontmatter

**Required**: `description` with action verbs + scenarios
