@delon/acl provides a role-based access control (RBAC) system for ng-alain applications, controlling UI element visibility and feature access based on user roles and permissions.

## Setup Instructions
### Initial Configuration
Before starting development, ensure the following setup steps are completed:

Execute the blueprint validation script to initialize configuration and validate permissions:
