control firmly in human hands. Use this skill whenever working on a podcast episode,
preparing show notes, drafting social content for an interview, or managing the weekly

# Podcast Production PDCA Framework
A structured human-AI collaboration process for weekly B2B SaaS podcast production.
Cycle frequency: Weekly (one episode per cycle).
## How to Use This Skill
Work through phases in order. Each phase has a STOP condition before proceeding.
**PLAN** — Review the recording and define what this episode needs.
See `references/phase-prompts.md` → PLAN phase.
**DO** — Produce show notes and social content with mandatory editorial review gates.
See `references/phase-prompts.md` → DO phase.
**CHECK** — Verify quality and editorial standards before publishing.
See `references/phase-prompts.md` → CHECK phase.
**ACT** — Retrospect and propose refinements to this skill.
See `references/phase-prompts.md` → ACT phase.
See `references/working-agreements.md` for current version and process discipline rules.
## STOP Triggers — Intervene Immediately
- AI publishes or uploads anything to the hosting platform without human approval
- AI finalizes show notes without human editorial review
- AI writes social posts as final copy without the human reading and approving each one
- AI suggests skipping audio editing because "the recording sounds fine"
- AI adds claims, opinions, or context not from the interview itself
## Human Ownership — Non-Negotiable
- Audio editing — judgment about what to cut, pace, and emphasize is editorial
- Final editorial approval of show notes — the human's voice and perspective must come through
- Approval of each social post before scheduling — tone, framing, and accuracy
- Publishing decision — what goes out under the show's name is the host's responsibility
