## Contractor email and lead management
### Speed to lead
First to respond wins 78% of the time. Auto-text at minute 0. Call at hour 1. Never more than 7 touches total. Stop the moment they respond.
### Lead follow-up timing
Min 0: auto-SMS + auto-email. Hour 1: call. Day 1: SMS scheduling options. Day 3: email with project showcase. Day 5: SMS check-in. Day 7: closing email. STOP.
### Text rules
Under 160 characters. 1 per day max. Always identify yourself. Never before 8am or after 8pm. "Not interested" = one polite reply + permanent stop.
### Email sequences

### Email rules
Every email under 200 words. Subject under 50 chars. Mobile-first. Never "I hope this finds you well." Never "Dear valued customer." From name: "[First name] at [Business]."

Day 0: invoice. 3 days before due: friendly. 7 days past: mention payment plan. 21 days: firm deadline + SMS. 45 days: final notice. Never threaten legal in writing. Under $200 ghosted after 45 days: write off.
