# Customer.io Webhooks & Events
## Overview
Implement webhook handling for Customer.io events including email delivery, opens, clicks, and bounces.
## Prerequisites
- Public endpoint for webhooks
- Webhook signing secret from Customer.io
- Event processing infrastructure
