## Audit Process
1. Find `<video>`, `<audio>`, `<iframe>` elements
2. Check for `<track kind="captions">` — missing = Critical
3. Verify caption file validity (WebVTT/SRT)
4. Check for `<track kind="descriptions">`
5. Audit player controls: keyboard, ARIA labels, state
6. Check autoplay: audio >3s needs pause/stop control (1.4.2)
7. Verify transcripts for audio-only content

- 99%+ accuracy, synchronized within 1s
- Speaker ID for 2+ speakers
- Non-speech audio: `[applause]`, `[music]`
- Max 200 words/min, 32 chars/line, 2 lines
## Media Player ARIA
- Play/Pause: `role="button"`, `aria-label` reflects state
