Use this skill when the user needs a concise brief for decision-making, sharing, or handoff.
## Recommended structure

## Rules
- Keep the brief concise and decision-oriented.
- Do not remove important uncertainty.
- Use source identifiers where possible.
- Prefer bullets or short sections over long prose.
- State missing information explicitly.
## Do not
- Invent decisions, stakeholders, metrics, or conclusions.
- Overstate certainty.
- Hide disagreements in the materials.
- Use unsupported claims as headline findings.
