## Workflow

### Step 1: Define the Deck
1. **Purpose**: Investor raise, sales pitch, internal strategy, or partnership?
2. **Audience**: Who are you presenting to?
3. **Duration**: 5, 10, or 20 minutes?
4. **Key ask**: What do you want them to do after?

### Step 2: Choose the Structure

**Investor Deck (10-12 slides):**
1. Title + tagline
2. Problem
3. Solution
4. Market size (TAM/SAM/SOM)
5. Product/demo
6. Business model
7. Traction/metrics
8. Go-to-market strategy
9. Team
10. Financials
11. The ask
12. Contact/appendix

**Sales Deck (8-10 slides):**
1. Title
2. Their problem (make it about them)
3. Cost of inaction
4. Your solution
5. How it works
6. Results/case studies
7. Pricing/packages
8. Next steps

### Step 3: Write Each Slide

For every slide:
- **Headline**: One takeaway sentence (not a label)
- **Body**: 3-5 bullet points max
- **Visual suggestion**: Chart, image, or diagram idea
- **Speaker notes**: What to say out loud

**Headline rules:**
- BAD: "Market Size"
- GOOD: "A $47B market growing 23% annually"
