Read `../changerail-ff/SKILL.md` completely and follow that canonical contract.
Treat `$chrl-ff ...`, `chrl:ff ...` and `/chrl:ff ...` as equivalent invocation
forms for `$changerail-ff ...`.
Do not introduce separate `chrl` runtime paths, schema ids or OpenSpec
namespaces; `chrl` is invocation shorthand only.
