# Agreement Document (WHAT)
Use for formal agreements or commitments made during meetings or project discussions.
## Default guardrails
1. Apply **`output-handshake`** before final output.
2. Identify parties involved and affected.
3. Include validity/review dates when the agreement has a time boundary.
4. Link related work items and meeting minutes where possible.
