Sync conversations and groups, or sync all conversations and messages.

## When to apply

- Syncing conversations (incremental)
- Syncing all conversations and messages (full sync)

## Rules

- `sync-syncall` – `sync` and `syncall` commands

## Quick start

```bash

xmtp sync

# Sync all conversations and messages
xmtp syncall
```
