- **Personality (30%)** — Big Five: similarity on O/A/C, complementarity on E/N
- **Interests (15%)** — Shared interests + bonus at 2+ shared
- **Communication (15%)** — Humor, formality, verbosity alignment
- **Looking For (15%)** — Semantic matching on intent
- **Relationship Preference (15%)** — Same = 1.0, mismatch = 0.1
- **Gender/Seeking (10%)** — Bidirectional. `seeking: ["any"]` = always matches
