### Points Confirmation (CRITICAL)
When `generate_workflow.py` returns `points_warning` or `estimated_points`:
1. **MUST show** estimated cost to user before execution
2. **MUST wait** for user confirmation
3. **NEVER auto-execute** when points_warning exists
